Double room to let in modern flat - all bills incl

The room has become available because my existing flatmate has returned home The room is quiet and is ideal for a mature student or a professional with a desk, fast broadband and printing facilities. The shared living room has a 55" TV with Netflix and all of the sports channels. The kitchen has all the mod cons. There is a large, south facing balcony. My cleaners come every fortnight and clean the flat along and change the bed linen (included in the rent).
There are excellent transport links to the City, West End and beyond - Bermondsey station (5 mins), London Bridge (10 mins) and 24 hour bus services (47, 188 , 381 and C10).
The river is 2 min away, Tesco is opposite and there are several parks nearby,
Most of my flatmates have been male post grad students but this is not essential.
I am retired after a career in IT and rent out my spare room to help with the bills. I do smoke and so smokers are welcome.
