**Reposting as the landlord is now offering a short-term let**
Hello! I am moving out of this lovely 4-bed flat in Bermondsey and am looking for someone to take over my contract.
The landlord is planning to sell the property later this year so the contract will run from the 25th June until the 2nd September 2024, with no option to extend beyond this date.
There is a large kitchen/lounge space with a small balcony which gets loads of natural light. There is a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, fibre optic wifi, as well as a shared bathroom.
The flat is 15 mins walk from Bermondsey station and 20 to Surrey Quays. It’s on a quiet residential street but 5 mins from a high street with plenty of shops.
There is also a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks so the flat always stays in a nice condition! (£8 charge every 2 weeks). Bills for electricity/gas and council tax come to around £55 pcm per tenant.
