Flatmate wanted - New Flat in Bermondsey!

Hey there,

I've recently renovated this three-bedroom flat, so everything is brand new! I'm looking for one new flatmates to join us. I know not everyone loves living with their landlord, but I’m super relaxed about everything—the only requirement is that you are too, and that you keep things clean.

The flat is in a great location—just a 15-minute walk from Bermondsey Tube Station and 25 minutes from London Bridge, making it super convenient for work or getting around the city and beyond.

Bermondsey has become well-known for its Beer Mile under the arches, and the area is growing fast with new gyms, run clubs, restaurants, and even a newly opened padel courts & sauna nearby. It’s a great neighbourhood with plenty of character.

The building itself is tucked around a beautiful church, making it a bit of a hidden gem. It’s a quiet, safe area with a real community feel, and the church hosts events throughout the year. We’re also within walking distance of Southwark Park and Burgess Park, both great for running tracks and tennis courts.

Bermondsey Street is a hotspot for restaurants, bars, and cafés, just a stone’s throw from London Bridge. Bermondsey High Street (search The Blue Market) also has everything you need, from food shops and barbers to coffee spots and gyms.

A quick note—there’s no shared living room, but all the bedrooms are spacious, carpeted, and feel warm and homely. The largest room even has a private balcony. Each room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, and a ceiling-high wardrobe. ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED.

A bit about me: I'm 27, into fitness, travel, and exploring everything this city has to offer. I’m easygoing, always up for a chat, but also respect personal space. I work in the office near London Bridge every day.

The other flatmate is 32, very easy, into his cricket, politics and is very laid back, so together we are looking for another person to join our relaxed household.

- Huge double, fits a large wardrobe, desk, and a small seating area with room to spare

- Carpeted throughout (one house rule: no shoes on the carpet)

About the flat:
- Renovated less than 2 years ago — new kitchen and bathroom
- Kitchen has great appliances (double fridge, electric hob) and plenty of storage
On a quiet, peaceful churchyard courtyard — no traffic noise

- London Bridge / Bermondsey Street — 20 min walk
- Southwark Park — 20 min walk
- Tesco Superstore — 15 min walk
