Short Term Let: Bermondsey House with Cat!

We are renting our beautiful terraced house in a Bermondsey conservation area for 2.5 months from the beginning of December to mid February. This is a family home that is lived in and will be let fully furnished and with our resident cat Bowie. Tenants must be good with cats and happy to feed and take care of him while we’re away. You must also be ok with our furnishings and belongings remaining in the house (wardrobe space will be available for you) - in return for these conditions we are offering a significantly reduced rent compared to other short term options in the area. The price is inclusive of all bills.

There are two bedrooms available, one large primary bedroom and a second smaller double bedroom. There is a large bathroom with bath tub and shower and an additional toilet downstairs. The house is spacious with a double reception room and large bright kitchen / dining room which is a delight to cook and hang out in.

Bermondsey is a vibrant community with so much within walking distance - from the breweries of Beer Mile to Maltby Street Market and the many restaurants of Bermondsey Street, as well as local producers in the Spa Terminus arches - you won’t be short of things to do.

Transport links include Bermondsey underground station, London Bridge station and buses into central and east London near the house.

We are looking for responsible professionals who will take excellent care of our home: a single, couple or family with one child will be most suitable.
You must be able to stay the full duration, give or take a few days which can be agreed in advance.
