Looking for someone to take my place in this very central flat.

The rent is £750 pcm plus bills which add to around £50 per month. The room is fully furnished and is available from 21st of February but can be flexible.

📍The location is in Bermondsey which is a one stop away from London bridge on the tube. The flat is a 10 min walk from the Bermondsey tube station. There is a Tesco and Sainsbury’s local both within a 5-10 min walk. There are 2 gyms within a 10-15 min walking distance as well. The flat is located very close to the famous Bermondsey beer mile so close to lots of breweries, as well as lots of cute cafes and pubs as well. It also only takes 20 min to walk to London bridge and to the borough market.

You will be living with 3 other lovely Aussie girls: Mik (26), Hannah (28) and Sam (26)
2 in healthcare, 1 in hospitality. I am so sad to be leaving this house am great friends with these girls they’re all so easy to live with and so lovely to be around. They’re all very friendly and like to be clean and tidy and would be keen to find someone who is similar.

The house 🏡
The house has 2 floors, all bedrooms being on the second floor. There is a main bathroom upstairs and then there is also a separate toilet and shower downstairs. There is a good sized kitchen and lounge room with heaps of cupboard storage to hide suitcases etc.

You would be swapping with me on the tenancy which runs until around mid June 26.
