Double bedroom in spacious Bermondsey house

Hello, our housemate is moving out at the end of our tenancy, and we're looking to find a new housemate to sign a new contract with us for the coming year.

We live in a lovely and spacious 4 bedroom house, just a two minute walk from Bermondsey tube station. The house has a very large garden that's super enjoyable in the spring and summer months.

As a house, we're 3 boys who are all working, aged between 25-28.

We enjoy playing sports, boardgames, going to the pub, and hanging out with each other. Everyone is very clean and tidy, and we have a cleaner who comes twice a month to keep the communal areas tidy and clean.

We're looking for someone roughly our age (although it is just a number!) who enjoys hanging out and thinks they could be a good fit with us!
