🏡 Room Available – Bermondsey (Tenancy Takeover)
Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely 2-bed flat in Bermondsey, with the tenancy running until August 2027.
The room & flat:
The room comes fully furnished with plenty of storage. The flat has a really nice communal living area, a balcony that’s perfect for enjoying the occasional British sunshine ☀️, a breakfast bar, and a bathroom with both a bath and walk-in shower.
Transport & location:
The location is super convenient for getting around London.
• Bus stop right outside the flat
• Around 1 minute walk to Bermondsey tube station on the Jubilee line – giving quick access to London Bridge, Canary Wharf, Waterloo and the West End ()
• Just a short walk to Jamaica Road, where you can catch buses 47, 188, 381 and C10, plus night buses N199 and N381 ()
It’s genuinely a really easy spot for commuting anywhere in London.
Local area:
• Southwark Park about a 5-minute walk away 🌳
• Tesco and Sainsbury’s nearby for groceries
• Newly refurbished Southwark gym & pool close by
• PureGym also nearby if you’re into fitness
Your future flatmate:
You’ll be living with a 26-year-old female who works in marketing. She works in the office Tuesdays and Thursdays and from home the rest of the week (she has weekends off). She’s friendly and easygoing — enjoys reading, going for runs, recently getting into the gym, socialising with friends, cinema trips, and the occasional glass of red 🍷
Move-in date:
This will need to align with the rent cycle, so the move-in date would be the 14th of the April. (Happy to sort something out if more urgent)
