We have a bright and spacious double room available in a friendly flat just minutes from Bermondsey and Tower Bridge.

The room itself is on the ground floor, which gives it a bit of extra privacy. It’s a spacious double room, fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, and gets plenty of natural light. It’s also more spacious than it appears in the photos, so definitely worth seeing in person.

The room will be available from 1st May, with some flexibility if you need to move earlier.

What really makes this place stand out is the amount of shared space. The flat has a large double living room with a separate sofa and dining area, including a large living area and room to comfortably work from home so it never feels cramped. There’s also a separate big kitchen with a proper dining table and plenty of storage throughout. It’s a great balance between having space to socialise and being able to do your own thing.

The location is a real highlight: both Bermondsey station and Tower Bridge are just a 5-minute walk in opposite directions. You’ve got plenty of supermarkets, cafés and local spots on your doorstep, along with 24-hour direct buses to Liverpool Street and Shoreditch (around 15 minutes). Maltby Street Market, Bermondsey Street and the Beer Mile are all nearby, while the street itself still feels calm and residential.

You’d be living with the two of us. We’re friendly professionals working full-time 9-5; the flat has a relaxed, clean and tidy atmosphere. We enjoy the occasional chat, dinner or film, but it’s definitely not a party flat.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, considerate and easygoing, and who wants a genuinely comfortable place to call home rather than just a room.
