My tenancy with my flatmate at this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat in Bermondsey is ending on 20 June 2026, but I am moving in late March in order to move closer to work. The landlord and I are therefore sub-letting my room from 1 April 2026 until the remainder of the tenancy.
The landlord is also open for you to continue on a new tenancy after our tenancy is over if you are interested.
The bedroom is very spacious, with big windows and space for a desk. The room comes with a double bed, a desk, two bedside tables, and a built-in wardrobe with a dresser. It also has a large en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
You will share the flat with my current flatmate who is a working professional. There is a large shared living room with two sofas, a dining table, and the flat also features a large kitchen.
Utilities (water, electricity, wifi, and council tax) are paid equally with my flatmate, totalling approximately £190 per person per month.
