House located on a quiet street in Bermondsey, just walking distance from:
- Bermondsey tube station (2 minutes)
- Rotherhithe station (10 minutes)
- London Bridge (20 minutes)

100-200m from the river with some fantastic pubs on the doorstep (Old Justice, The Angel, The Mayflower)

Small front garden and small back garden plus garage for additional storage if necessary.

Rent: £1031 (+£100 approx. bills)
Relaxed landlord. Cleaner comes every month or so.

Two of us are moving out, but we're currently in the process of confirming the other new housemate.

The current housemates are lovely and sociable, who love a mixture of chill night's in and the occasional evenings out. We socialise together but also respect each other's space. It's been a really welcoming and stable home for the last couple of years, and it's a shame to be moving on :'(
