Hi there! I am going travelling for a year, and my flat has another month left on before our move-out date, so looking for someone to take over my room around 20th-21st-22nd May until the same dates in June (giving a few days to sort out a cleaner, etc.)

The flat is a two‑bedroom with two balconies overlooking the Shard and the City. Rent is £1,000 all‑in (bills included), and I’m open to negotiation if your budget is slightly lower.

It’s a 4‑minute walk to Bermondsey (Jubilee line), with great connections to central London — around 11 minutes to Bond Street.

The flat has a separate living room and kitchen, one shower room, and a separate toilet. I’ll have moved out most of my belongings (the desk won’t be in the room), but I’m happy to leave anything useful and arrange collection later.
