Double room with own bathroom - Bermondsey

My current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend so I am looking for someone to swap with her in the tenancy. The move in date will be August 12th (with potentially some flexibility for slightly earlier).

Room/Flat Description:
- Double bed
- Built-in double door wardrobe
- Own private bathroom (not shared as my room has an en-suite)
- Fully furnished kitchen and living area between two
- Fibre-optic WiFi (900mbps)
- 25 mins walk to Tower Bridge
- 15 mins walk to Bermondsey station (Jubilee line)
- 78 and 63 buses run nearby for commuting

Bills:
Bills are not included. They usually come to around £200 per month each.

About me:
I’m a trainee solicitor in the City and I’m usually in the office 3-5 days a week. I like to do outdoor activities / sports whenever I can - I’m particularly into football, hiking and going to the gym. I usually like to go for a drink up to a couple of times a week too. It would be nice to live with someone who has similar interests to me if possible!

Who I’m looking for:
I’m looking to find another like-minded young professional. It would be nice to have someone who is up for going for a drink, watching a movie/football, etc.

Regarding cleaning, I’m very particular about keeping the flat clean. I clean and tidy as I go and I’ll usually do a big clean/Hoover at least once every two weeks. I’m looking for someone who will treat the flat the same as me.
