We are a friendly household of three young professional women. I am going away for four weeks and am looking for a sub-tenant to cover my room while I'm gone.

The Space: The apartment is split-level; the main entrance is on the 3rd floor of the estate, and the bedroom is on the 4th floor. The room is bright and features a fantastic view of The Shard, which is only a 15-minute walk away.

The Location: You couldn't ask for a better spot for a London summer stay:

Transport: Two bus stops are right next to the building.

Groceries: Co-op is 2 minutes away,

with two Tescos and a Sainsbury’s also nearby.

Landmarks: Tower Bridge is a 7-minute walk; Southwark Park is 20 minutes away.

Vibe: The area is packed with independent pubs, bars, cafes, and shops.
