Spacious Double in London Bridge/Bermondsey

SHORT TERM LET! I'm looking to sublet my double bedroom in London Bridge/Bermondsey while I'm away.

The room is very spacious, with a king size bed, two bedside table and a massive open wardrobe. It also features two cupboards with lots and lots of storage room.

The flat is extremely well preserved and (I hope!) nicely decorated.

The living room/kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and all the necessary to cook. The table and sofa/armchair are excellent for dining and relaxing. The living room also has a small balcony and big windows overlooking the inner courtyard of the estate.

I live with a lovely couple, who will be there while I'm away. You'll share the kitchen/living room and the bathroom with them.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washing machine. We usually dry clothes in the spare (empty) bedroom.

The neighbourhood is amazing! Super close (10 mins) to the river, Borough market (20 mins), Tate Modern (25 mins), the iconic Bermondsey street (7 mins), and lots of parks, restaurants and shops. The two closest tube stations are London bridge and Bermondsey. Waterloo, Liverpool st and other train stations are within easy reach, too.

Ideally, I'm looking for someone to rent for about one month, but open to offers for shorter stays.
