Lovely Room near London Bridge, Available 15 July

Hi! I’m Jael from Switzerland, currently living in this lovely flat in a fantastic central London location. As my year of study is coming to an end, I’m looking for someone to take over my room.

The room is available from 15 July.

You would take over my tenancy, which runs until the end of September 2026. If you enjoy living here, you’ll also have the opportunity to renew the contract for another year, just as I did.

The room is fully furnished and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and everything you need to move in comfortably.

The flat is located in a quiet, gated development while still being incredibly central. It’s just a 10-minute walk from London Bridge Station and right around the corner from the lovely Bermondsey Street, with its cafés, restaurants, and independent shops. There’s a beautiful little flower park directly opposite the building, and both Tower Bridge and Borough Market are only about 15 minutes away on foot. One of my favourite things has been taking evening walks along the Thames, which is just a few minutes away.

You’ll share the bathroom with one flatmate and the kitchen with both of them. The flat also has a secure bike storage area.

My two flatmates (both male in end 20/beginning 30) are both working professionals: one is a doctor and the other works as an AI specialist. They are genuinely lovely, easy-going people who enjoy occasionally doing something together at the weekend or simply having a chat in the kitchen after work. We also have a simple cleaning rota, with one person cleaning each week, which works perfectly. Everyone is respectful, clean, and tidy.

I’m honestly quite sad to leave this flat and my flatmates, so I’m hoping to find someone who will enjoy living here as much as I have.

The rent is £1,000 per month, with bills averaging around £100 per month (excluding Council Tax).
