🪴 The room is cozy, tidy, and overlooks a quiet green courtyard. Since it’s not on the sunny side of the house, it stays pleasantly cool even during hot summer days.

🏡 The house is a charming two storey townhouse in a fantastic Zone 1 location. Burgess Park and Southwark Park are both nearby, perfect for walks, runs, or relaxing outdoors. There’s also a large Tesco, a gym, cafés, and excellent transport links within 7 minutes walking distance.

🚿 There are 2 bathrooms in the house. The room is on the first floor, and you’ll only share the bathroom with one other person.

👨🏻‍💻 The house is currently shared with 4 friendly male professionals. Everyone works, is respectful, quiet, and keeps to themselves, so the house has a calm atmosphere with no parties or drama. I’ve lived here for almost a year and have always felt safe and comfortable.

🧺 We all take care of the shared spaces, and a professional cleaner comes every couple of weeks to clean the communal areas, which is included in the rent.
