One of our flatmates is moving cities so we are looking for someone to join us from September. It’s a gorgeous, homey flat with tonnes of natural light. There are two bathrooms, a dishwasher and the flat is spread across three floors - with beautiful views of a little park opposite.

Location: 5 mins from London Bridge Station & 10 minute walk to Borough Market. Surrounded by lots of restaurants, bars and pubs. Shops within walking distance.

Rent: £800 per month and bills come to around £35. No deposit needed.

The room: on the top floor, a beautiful cosy room with double bed, desk and small built-in wardrobe. Has view of the Shard (just!)

Who we are: three friends in their late 20s (including one couple) who have been living together for the last year. We all have busy lives and are out a lot but equally love spending time at home - watching TV together, cooking, drinking wine etc. Two of us work in Film & TV and one of us works in Public Policy.
