We are an all queer female household in our early twenties ideally looking for someone else similar in age (and queer too!)

Rent is around £800 a month and bills (including council tax) come to less than £100 a month so it will be around £900 all in.

Deposit is just under £700.

Move in is on August 20th.

House is a 10/15 min walk from both Elephant and Castle and Borough tube, and around a 20 min walk from London Bridge. There are lots of bus connections too.

We are a sociable house and are looking for someone we can all get along with and have some dinner parties and days out!

There is only one room available, but the rooms haven’t been allocated yet so it could be any of the three pictured.

We have 2 communal areas across the 3 floors, as well as 2 bathrooms and a garden.
