I’m looking to fill the double bed ensuite room (with balcony) in 2B2B flat, as my current housemate is moving away.

- Bills not included, approx £150-£170 pcm each

5 min walk from Maltby street market (lovely little market/arches with bakery, restaurants, stalls)
7 min walk to Bermondsey Street (restaurant, bars, cafes, gyms etc)
13 min walk to Bermondsey underground (jubilee line)
17 min walk London Bridge station
2 min walk to Sainsbury local + 5min to a bigger Tesco

Living with me:
- I’m easy going, enjoy running, a little pub evening, out and about socialising, equally as much as a quiet night in watching TV and chilling.
- I try to give the flat a bit of a homey feel, and like to have friends over for dinners every now and again. LGBTQ friendly, Non smoker.
- I’ve lived here for 1.5 years and loving the central location, and plan to stay for at least another year.

Who I’m looking for:
- A considerate, relatively tidy, flat mate, happy with a balance between respecting each other’s space as well as open for sharing the odd meal/glass of wine, or popping to the pub!
- Ideally you work a similar schedule to me - Mon-Fri 9-5 with 1 day a week from home.
