Hey all! I'm moving out so looking to find someone to fill my contract. It's a double room in Bermondsey, off Old Kent Road. Available from 8th August, by 24th August at the latest.

~15 min bus from Elephant and Castle tube

~25 min walk to Bermondsey tube or London Bridge

3 mins from a Tesco Extra, Gym Group and Argos (v handy!)

3 mins from Burgess Park

The room comes with a bed, desk and built-in wardrobe. Flat comes with a washing machine and plenty of room for hanging clothes to dry. The landlord is super responsive and just replaced the boiler for us.

You'd be living with two of my friends - both lovely people who spend a lot of time hanging out downstairs but also have busy lives themselves. One is a primary school teacher so in the office everyday and the other is a civil servant who is in 2-3 days a week. 22 and 28 years old! They are planning to stay in the flat until December then one is moving out and the other might stay if you want to find another housemate.

Bills not included, they are approx £120 a month including council tax, WiFi, gas/electric and water.
