Double Room in Bermondsey!

hi! we’re looking for a 3rd young professional for our lovely flat in bermondsey as our friend is unfortunately moving back home. she needs someone to take over her tenancy from 3rd October, but can be flexible about moving out a little earlier if needed. our kitchen has a direct view of the shard so it’s a great location, and we’re just a short walk from london bridge, bermondsey, tower bridge and local shops

we’re two friends (guy & girl) looking for someone to fit into our home - the ideal would be someone who is also friendly and up for socialising, easygoing but mature :) we both work from home a few days a week (civil servant and engineer), we spend time together some evenings but also often busy with our own plans

happy to meet people and see how the vibe is, let us know any info you think would be helpful and a bit about yourself

and bonus points for anyone who can help us stop killing all our plants! (not required)

bills not included and are approx £90 a month (wifi, council tax, electric/gas) + water every 3 months
10 min walk to bermondsey station and 15 to london bridge
2 min to a local coop, 5 mins to a tesco express and 20 mins walk to lidl
