✨Double Room with private bathroom in Bermondsey✨

I’m sadly moving to be closer to work, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely flat in Bermondsey from mid-September/ October.

I’ve genuinely loved living here and am really sad to be leaving the area! The location is honestly one of the best things about the flat, you’re literally a 5-minute walk from Bermondsey Street, with loads of great restaurants, bars, cafés and shops right on your doorstep.

London Bridge and Bermondsey stations are both around a 15-minute walk away, with the Jubilee, Northern and Overground lines, making it really easy to get pretty much anywhere in London. You can also walk into the City in around 30 minutes via Tower Bridge, which is such a lovely walk!

You’ll be living with my current housemate, who is really friendly, clean and tidy. I’ve genuinely loved living with her and we’ve had such an easy, relaxed home together. She’s ideally looking for another woman to live with, although I managed to sneak through the selection process, so there’s clearly some flexibility haha x

The room comes with your own private bathroom, which nobody else uses, so you won’t be sharing a bathroom with your housemate. The room and the rest of the flat come fully furnished, so you won’t need to worry about buying furniture, the only thing you’ll need to bring is your own mattress.

The building also has a large communal rooftop terrace, with great views across London including the Shard!!

Available from mid-September.

I’m really sad to be leaving, so would love to find someone who will enjoy the flat and the area as much as I have! 😊
