Sublet in Bermondsey with opportunity to extend!

Subletting my room in Bermondsey from 26th September - 26th February.

Rent: £960 (bills included)
Deposit: around £980

The flat is two floors, with a big living room and seperate kitchen. You’ll be living with two girls, Lara and Frankie, who both work in Fashion and work Mon-Fri, sometimes hybrid so they will be working from home a few times a week.

They love a lil drink and going out, but also love their downtime too and happy to chill in the evenings.

Huge Tesco and a gym 5 mins away, Bermondsey tube is about a 15 min walk, and there’s looooaaads of buses around us which take you to pretty much anywhere in London!

The tenancy officially ends in February and the girls are choosing to move out, however, there is opportunity to stay if you like, but our landlord will be upping the rent (we’re not sure by how much!). So if you wanted to stay and have two more people move in, you’re more than welcome to do so.
