The flat has a large shared living and dining area, a separate kitchen and lots of natural light. The building itself is great, with a doorman/concierge service and a large communal courtyard downstairs.

The area is lively and well connected, with plenty of great cafés, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Tower Bridge is around a 5-minute walk away, and Bermondsey Street is nearby with a great mix of restaurants, independent shops, galleries and a strong art and culture scene.

The location is particularly convenient for anyone working in or around London Bridge, the City or Liverpool Street, with excellent transport links and central London within easy reach.

Rent is £1,125 pcm. Bills are approximately £200–£220 per person per month, depending mainly on electricity usage. This includes council tax and other household bills. Council Tax Band: F.

You would be sharing with one other female working professional. We would ideally prefer another working professional who is clean, considerate and respectful of shared spaces. Female preferred. The flat is friendly and comfortable, but also works well for someone who likes having their own space and independence.

Move-in date can be discussed, ideally around early November.

The room is available because one of the current tenants is moving out. This will be a tenant replacement on the existing tenancy, subject to landlord/agent approval and the usual referencing and Right to Rent checks.
