Double Room just off Bermondsey Street

I am looking for someone to take over my room in a Bermondsey flatshare from 1st of December.

The room is a spacious double room, with enough space for a double bed, a desk, closet and a chest of drawers.

The flat is located less than a minute from Bermondsey street and there is plenty of nice restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and shops nearby.

The rent for the room is £975 a month, amazing for a room so central! Bills are separate and are typically around £100 extra (when divided by 3). A £1000 deposit will be required.

Council tax band is B.

The flat is very well connected and is around a 12 minute walk to both Bermondsey & London Bridge stations (Jubilee/Northern Line). Tower Hill station (circle/district line) is also in walking distance. There is a bus stop just outside which can get you to Liverpool Street/shoreditch very quickly.

You’ll be living with Mark, 25, who currently works at a pub down the road, and another new flatmate who will also be joining from 15th November. Mark is a super chill, genuine guy and I’ll really miss living with him! The current vibe in the flat is friendly and relaxed and he is keen to maintain that. We all tidy up after ourselves and like to hang out in the living room or go for a drink every now and then.
