A cosy top floor double room located on Marcia Road SE1, ideal for someone looking for a sociable comfortable, peaceful and welcoming space.

The room is compact yet practical, with a bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe included. You would be sharing a bathroom with two others, as one of the rooms has an ensuite. There is also a toilet downstairs, spacious shared living and dining room and kitchen with a lovely little patio garden - perfect for summer BBQs!

We are 3 females aged 26-29, LGBTQ & vegetarian/vegan friendly who value comfort, cleanliness and respect. Enjoying quieter nights mid week with flexibility on weekends!

We enjoy socialising as a house, having friends over, watching films, pub, and the odd night out but also have busy schedules and respect each other’s privacy and down time.

Great transport links, buses every 5 minutes towards elephant & castle and central London. Bermondsey tube station is also a 10/15 minute walk away.

Bills are not included and come to roughly an additional £160 per month, including council tax, water, gas, electric and WiFi.
