Hello prospective housemate!
One of our housemates is sadly moving out so we now have a room available soon!
You'll be sharing with Luke (English), Matt (Belgium) and Sara (Catalan) - Luke works in Finance, Matt for Amazon and Sara in Sustainability.... We're very friendly, open, clean and honest and looking for the same.
In terms of preferences a girl would be good to keep the balance, but we are open.. Also we're all similar ages so someone our age (26-33) is preferable.. but again fairly open for the right person as age is but a number I know!
We all get on very well and while we obviously have our own stuff going on but are happy to have meals, drinks, stupid house games etc and are looking for people who don't just sit in their room when in the house..
House bits: the room come furnished, the room is wee, and is only a single room but has a single bed, and chest of drawers as well as a wardrobe.
In terms of checks and stuff you will need to be able to demonstrate affordability and there will be one month deposit up front.
For some reason its not letting me change the number of rooms house but unsurprisingly there are four bedrooms for four housemates..!
