Double bedroom available:

Upstairs of a duplex 3 bedroom flat. As seen in the pictures, there's a double bed with, wardrobe, bedside table and a chest of drawer.

Common areas:

Shared kitchen large enough for a dining in and socialising with flatmates. The kitchen has a washing machine, a fridge, microwave, water boiler, coffee machine, rice cooker, toaster, mixer, kettle, hob+oven, pans, pots, cutlery, etc. Some decorative plants through out.

Balcony outdoor space with wood/compost decking.

Shared bathroom, toilet is in a separate room with another washing basin so two people can brush teeth at the same time. Shower and plumbing system are updated in July 2020 to provide good water pressure.

The neighbourhood:

The flat is right next to the beautiful Southwark park and away from noisy streets. It's near large Surrey Quays shopping centre with a 24h Tesco Extra next to Surrey Quays Station. There are also Range and Decathlon stores. A parade of shops nearby on high streets including Sansbury, Tesco local, Iceland, Cost cutter, Pound Stretcher, small delis etc. Many restaurants and pubs nearby.

There's a Pure Gym that the flatmates go to 5 min walk and membership is only £25 pcm. Cinema and bowling, Rock climbing gym, carting rings also in the neighbourhood within 5-10 min walk.
