Hi!

We're looking for a new housemate to join our 4-bedroom house near Tower Bridge, from 16th of August - or 23rd of September at the latest.

The house is incredibly central within walking distance to London Bridge station (15 minute walk) or Bermondsey station (7 minute walk),

We’re also minutes away from Maltby Street Market, a number of pubs, restaurants and breweries within short walking distance.

The room is furnished including a double bed, dresser and wardrobe. Comes with super fast fibre internet.

The house has two people per floor and a full bathroom per floor… minimal bathroom traffic jams in the morning!

On the ground floor there is another loo, full kitchen large living room and a huge backyard space.

You'll be living with a Kiwi girl, an Australian guy and Irish girl, all professionals who work city hours. We all lead busy social lives, and enjoy the odd dinner or drink together when we’re all around. We also have a long haired cat named Betty.

We are looking for a chilled professional who is a clean and social person to join our home! Preferably someone over 30.

Rent is £930 per month including all bills and household essentials. We also have a cleaner that comes once a fortnight which we all chip in £14.17 per fortnight.
