I'm renting out my second room and looking for a flatmate, preferrably short-term lets. The flat is a new-build apartment with modern amenities. This is a 2 bed flat with a shared living room and kitchen, you will be sharing this space with me. Only 7 mins walk to Bermondsey Station (Jubilee Line) and buses to Holborn, Liverpool Street and Victoria.

I currently work from home most of the time and go into office occasionally. My desk is currently placed in the living room (it was difficult to photograph in the photos without hiding the other furniture). Open to dog owners as I have a dog myself. Very close to Southwark Park so plenty of opportunities to take your dog for walks. Looking for someone who is friendly and clean and would treat the flat like their own home.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table and built in wardrobe with a mirror as sliding doors. There is also a window next to the bed so it allows plenty of light in throughout the day.

Rent and bills are £1,100 pm - gas and electricity, internet, council tax, cleaner and water all included. I have a cleaner who comes every two weeks. Also available for a Mon-Fri let. Some cosmetic repairs waiting for the approval of insurance.
