I like to think of the flat as comfortable, sociable, relaxed, quiet oasis.
Flat would suit sociable, considerate, thoughtful, tidy person, working normal(ish) hours. Recent tenants have tended to be students in their third year of BA or MA students who want somewhere calm and clean to study. Have also had repeats.
Short term or longer term, considered, Monday to Friday rental considered too.
This room tends to go quickly.
