Superb location – seconds from Bethnal Green tube station on the Central Line and right beside a bus stop for the number 8 and 388 routes (which go from Bow/Stratford to the City/West End/London Bridge) and the National Express bus stop for Stansted Airport - handy for weekend breaks.

Bills included in the monthly rent (which is negotiable) includes council tax, broadband/phone, TV licence, water, gas and electricity. There's also secure bike storage.

As for me, I'm a young-at-heart 49 year old who works as a construction lawyer at a large law firm in central London, but mainly on training and knowhow development, so my hours are fairly regular and most evenings I'm around at some point.

I've been in the flat for over twelve years and visitors remark that it really feels like home.
