My name is Rohima and I am a live out landlord that has a double room available for 1 person only. This is a 3 bedroom flat 5 minutes walk from Bethnal Green Tube (Zone 2, Central line with all bills included)

This room is fully furnished and comes with a double bed including mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and office chair.

HOUSE

The flat has three double bedrooms with no living room arranged over the first and second floors.

Room number 1 - AVAILABLE NOW (The room size is 13 X 8FT and currently unoccupied)

Room number 2 - NOT AVAILABLE (The room size is 14 X 10FT currently occupied by a young professional)

Room number 3 - NOT AVAILABLE (The room size is 16 X 13FT for 2 people - currently occupied by a young professional couple)

The kitchen is spacious with a breakfast bar and 2 chairs. Facilities include a washing machine, fridge freezer, oven with hob, and microwave. The bathroom is modern and comes with a bath and shower. The property is furnished with everything you need to live including iron, hoover, plates, pans cutlery etc.

AREA

The flat is based on Roman Road with excellent transport links including 24/7 buses with Bethnal Green Underground (Central line) 5 minutes walk away. There is easy access to Stratford, Oxford Circus and Liverpool Street. You are a short walk away from the bars, cafes and restaurants of Brick Lane, Shoreditch and Hackney. Parks close by include Bethnal Green Gardens and Victoria Park.

TENANT

We are looking for tenants who are professionals or students.

REFERENCES ARE REQUIRED!

The tenancy is for a minimum of 6 months.

The potential tenant should be reliable with the rent paid on time, should get on with other flatmates and someone who is clean and looks after the property. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

COSTS

The monthly cost is inclusive of all bills including council tax/gas/electric/internet.

If you want to take the property the following will apply 1 week holding deposit, 5 weeks security deposit and 1 months rental advance.
