Friendly house with garden in Bethnal Green

Hey hey,

The largest bedroom in our 3-bed houseshare is up for grabs from June 1st, with some wiggle room to move in slightly earlier if needed.

The house has a sun-soaked and well-equipped kitchen, a big living room with space for bikes and an office desk, and a garden that's just coming to life. We often grow our own tomatoes.

As for the room, it's incredibly spacious, and comes with the desk, chest of drawers, bookshelf, wardrobe, bed frame and mattress shown in the photos. The windows are double glazed.

Expect a homely place where breakfast outside and chats over dinner are standard. We keep things running smoothly with monthly house check-ins, and a cleaner comes every two weeks to help with the shared spaces.

You'd be living with me, Katharina (36), and Yuki (34). I work in research for a small org and work from home a couple of days a week. You'll often find me swimming, cycling around East London or dog sitting when I'm not at my desk. I also travel fairly regularly to Germany and the Netherlands. Yuki is an architect originally from Japan who loves hiking and running.

You'd be just 5 minutes from Bethnal Green station, 7 minutes from Victoria Park, and well connected to everything East London has to offer; Cambridge Heath Overground and Stepney Green are both within 12 minutes too.

Rent is £935, and bills are ~150, covering council tax, energy, water, fibre internet, and the cleaner.

Viewing dates will be the 14th, 6 to 7:30 pm, and the 19th, 4 to 6 pm. We might have a second round of viewings for the evenings of the 20th and 23rd.
