Hi Guys,

My name is Wendy and I am current tenant in 2bedroom flat. My flatmate is moving out due to job offer and I am looking for a new flatmate. The flat is in a lovely development close to shops, park, coffee shops, gym etc…. The double room has own bathroom and the flat has a large living area with balcony. The monthly rent will be 1150£ with all bills included. The room is available from the end of July, begining of August. Ideally someone who can stay 6months or more, shorter term can also be fine.

Little bit about me:

You will be sharing with me. I am originally from czech republic. I am a professional and I work full time. . I am pretty chilled, like to go to the gym, see friends, go for drinks etc.
I like to keep the flat clean and tidy.

The area where the flat is situated, is lovely, close to shops, Victoria park few min away and canal at the door, gym. The development is gated and operate on fob system. Lots of busses that takes you to Shoreditch, Central London, Stratford, Canary Wharf. The connections is amazing. Very easy to get to the airports too.
5-7min walk Bethnal green underground station- central line
5-7min walk Mile end - Central line, District and Hammersmith and city line
10min walk Whitechapel- Elizabeth line, Overground.
The flat is really well situated

I dont rent the flat throught the agency. We have a lovely landlady who any problem with flat will respond right away. So she will be doing your check up and contract.
She would prefer somebody who doesnt always work from home.

No smokers, no students
and no pets allowed.
