Hi Guys,

My name is Vendy (from czech rep.) & Yuto (from Japan) - we are current tenants in 3bedroom flat in a lovely secure complex . Our flatmate Steven is moving out so we are looking for a new lovely flatmate to join us in the flat. The moving in date is 28th May.

Little bit about us:
You will be sharing with me and Yuto. We are both professionals 30+ years old and we would prefer to live with another mature professional. We are pretty chilled, like to go to the gym, see friends, go for drinks , travel etc.
We work monday-friday, so we mostly come home to chill and rest. The flat is not a party place but of course it would be lovely to live with people who likes to occasionally have drinks etc but also respect other people’s spaces. We like to keep the flat clean and tidy.

The area where the flat is situated, is lovely, close to shops, Victoria park few min away and canal at the door, gym. The development is gated and operate on fob system. Lots of busses that takes you to Shoreditch, Central London, Stratford, Canary Wharf. The connections is amazing. Very easy to get to the airports too.
5-7min walk Bethnal green underground station- central line
5-7min walk Mile end - Central line, District and Hammersmith and city line
10min walk Whitechapel- Elizabeth line, Overground.
The flat is really well situated

We have a lovely landlady and she will be doing your check up and contract.
0ur landlady would prefer somebody who doesnt work from home but hybrid work (1-2days working from home should be fine) She doesnt allows smokers, students, couples
and pets.
