Large double room for single person,
3 minutes away from bethnal green underground station(central line) and it 5 minutes away from bethnal green overground many buses going toward city.
Busy Bethnal green road has Tesco, Iceland, Sainsbury round the corner and many small shop.
McDonald's, KFC, Subway, Nandos, many pubs and it 5 minutes away from busy Shoreditch area.
The flat is on first floor it has 3 rooms one person in each room, it has separate bathroom and toilet.
Currently there are 2 South Asian male both non smokers so we prefer a non smoker, the flat is very quiet no loud music and we do not allow visitors.
No short stay minimum 12 month or more.
All bill included, two weeks deposits will be returned if no damage to room or property and you must give two weeks notice to quit the room if you go without giving two weeks notice you'll lose deposit ,same we'll give you two weeks notice.
