Hi there! We are 2 working professionals looking for a third flatmate to join our lovely flat in E2.

The apartment is located 3 minutes from both Bethnal Green Tube and Overground, providing great links to Liverpool Street (8 mins), Soho/ Oxford Circus (20 mins), Stratford (13 mins) and also walking distance to Hackney/ Broadway Market/ Victoria Park. Whitechapel is also a 10 minute walk away connecting you to the Overground and Elizabeth Line. The room available is a small but cosy double room, with a huge wardrobe with plenty of storage space. It comes furnished with a double bed, curtains, double wardrobe and access to a private bathroom (not en suite but will just be used by you). The living room and kitchen are open plan, with a massive sofa, modern kitchen appliances, dishwasher, and even a winter garden. There is also plenty of storage space within the flat and a washing machine/ dryer available. The flat is on the 6th floor, with a balcony to admire the surrounding views. There is also a gym conveniently opposite the flat, and a large Sainsburys/ Tescos within 5-10 minute walk.

A bit about us, we are 2 working professionals who have been living in this flat for the past year. We are easy going, clean, very active/ sporty and like to cook together communally when we can. We work from home on a hybrid basis so are usually in the office 2 days a week. We have a busy social life, and love to host occasionally, but we're more of the age where we have dinners & drinks and not looking to have afters or big parties. We are looking for someone who is respectful, clean and friendly and is also a working professional in their early 30s.
