The Flat
It is a special and original flat, cool and homey with a big social area, open kitchen, good sound system, happy plants, and a lovely terrace to enjoy morning coffees and host BBQs. The flat has three rooms and two bathrooms. You will be sharing one. There is a bike storage inside the building and good storage space.

The room
It is very spacious and comes furnished with a King size mattress, a big wardrobe, rack of clothes, an office desk and a comfortable office chair.

Conditions:
We are looking for someone to take it from the 1st of August until 1st of September. Flexible dates.

Cost: £1,050 per month + Bills (£1100 average).
Total will be calculated Pro Rata according to the days you will stay.

The location:
Is 3 minutes away from Victoria Park and Cambridge Heath Station (overground), 10-minute walk from Bethnal Green Station, 12 minutes away from Broadway Market, London Fields and Mare Street Market. It is 7 minutes away by bus to Columbia Flower Market.

A Nisa 1 minute away from the building´s door, a Tesco 10 minutes away and on the main street you have off-licenses, restaurants, gyms, a leisure centre and anything you could possibly need.
It is located on a quiet and residential street so no noise in the mornings!

The flatmates
You will be living with two professional creatives 31 years old, easygoing, tidy and fun.

What we are looking for
A professional who is considerate, clean, fun, respectful and kind, who wants to join a homey, stylish and amenable flat. We are looking for someone with interests beyond partying, who feel comfortable spending time on their own as well as sharing time with others. We would like someone to contribute to the personality of the Flat with original interests.

We organise BBQs and parties at the flat from time to time. We are not party animals but like to throw good dancing nights. The flat however remains clean and tidy permanently.
