Double room available from mid February in a spacious 3 bed maisonette (a flat with an upstairs and downstairs).

The flat is fully furnished with a big living room and kitchen plus all the usual mod cons - wireless broadband, big tv, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc. The kitchen and living room were refurbished recently. There is also a small front and back garden. The room has a double bed, desk, chair, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The flat is located on the ground floor of an ex council block overlooking Roman Road, 3 minutes walk from Bethnal Green tube station.

Great transport links - 20 minutes to Central London.

As well as Bethnal Green tube (Central line) we are less than 10 minutes walk to Stepney Green (Hammersmith & City and District Lines) and opposite the number 8 bus stop which runs from central London all night.

Also within easy walking distance are, Brick Lane, Victoria Park, some nice pubs and bars, supermarkets, gyms, swimming pool, etc.

You would be sharing with two of us, both friendly, sociable and easy to get along with.

You’ll be taking over the room from our lovely flatmate A, who is returning to her home country after spending 3 years here. We have decided to aim to keep the gender balance the same.

We keep the house tidy and a cleaner visits every other week to clean in communal areas. This is included within the rent.

The rent is £1050 per calendar month, inclusive of all bills (for energy bills the rent covers up to the value of the monthly direct debit) with a deposit of £1050. One month rent plus deposit (£2100) payable to move in.
