Hello, double room for rent available anytime from now, I just need to have someone in by the end of September.

The flat is a 2 double bedroom (2nd floor) situated within the highly sought after City View House on Bethnal Green Road. Directly across the street from the Tube (Central line) and within walking distance to Brick Lane, Broadway Market, Spitalfields, Liverpool Street etc. There are also a whole host of shops and services in the area.

The building's secure with key fob access, lift, bike storage, communal terrace & a porter to look after post, security & enquiries. The flat itself is fully furnished, with a spacious shared living room that has large bay windows to let in lots of natural light. Wooden flooring throughout, 42 inch telly, a separate dining area, large entrance hall and a small but clean & modern bathroom. The kitchen has all the usual amenities & loads of cupboard space for all your goodies. The bedroom's a small double but light & airy & there's a large wardrobe for storage & full length mirror in the entrance hall. There's also a parking space in the secure underground car-park if needed.

As for me, I work for ITV & split the week between Chancery Lane & the Southbank studios. I'm a pretty easy going / relaxed person to live with. I try to keep the place clean & tidy but am in no way a neat freak. I'm a sociable person so I do have friends over occasionally, & I like to go out or watch a movie with a bottle of wine every now & then etc. But at the same time I also appreciate my own space so know how to respect other peoples.

So I'm looking for a flatmate who's a single professional, laid back & who wants to live in a really cool East London location. It's definitely quite a cozy flat to live in & I would of course love you to add your own touches around the place to really make it feel like home. I feel lucky to live here & am really looking forward to meeting someone who will love living here just as much. Preferably a female but I'm open to living with a boy....as long as you put the toilet seat down of course :)

The deposit is likely to be a months rent but I'd need to confirm with the landlord. Bills excluded. Each month on average we each pay around anther £100 in bills - electric / internet / water, council tax / gas.
