Friendly flat share near Victoria Park

We are looking for a friendly flatmate to fill a vacant room in our 3-bed flatshare in Bethnal Green.

Double room with its own bathroom (although not en-suite). Good size room, with plenty of room for a desk and storage in addition to the built-in wardrobe. The bed will remain in the room, but other furniture may not (this can be discussed with the current tenant).

The flat itself is a 3-bed property, and we each have our own bathroom!
We also have two balconies, one of which facing Regent's Canal. The building has just been renovated so we can finally see the canal again : )

You will be sharing the flat with two sociable flatmates who work both from the office and sometimes from home.

This would be a good flat for someone who tends to work from their office most of the time.

Good flat for friendly and sociable people who enjoy catching up with each other, but also have independent social lives. This is quite a clean flat and would appreciate someone with a similar outlook.

Bills vary in cost per month, but are currently roughly £100-£120 pm pp including everything. Deposit is £1,205 per room.
The room will be available from 1st February. There will be a contract to sign with the agency but we can discuss about flexibility with dates if needed, so please feel free to get in touch even if the date does not exactly coincide with your plans.

There is also a parking space for bikes in the basement!
