Double room in Bethnal Green

Hello! 🥳

My friend Natalia and I (Emer) are looking for a third person to join us in our lovely and spacious Bethnal Green flat! 🩷

We’ve been here for nearly 2 years and have had the best time together! Our third flatmate is moving for her new job - so we’re looking to find someone ready to move in from early August.

We really love the flat and the area!
The Room is furnished with a double bed, mattress, built-in cupboard & shelving unit, desk, lamp and bedside table. 

The flat’s best feature is the large open plan kitchen and living space. The kitchen area has great storage, a dishwasher and a combi washing machine / dryer. The living area has a big dining table, sofa and a projector for our movie nights! There's also an enclosed balcony attached which is a lovely place to hang out in the evening. We love to spend time in here together and feel very lucky that the size of the room really allows for everyone to spread out.

We all share the bathroom / toilet which has a shower / built in bathtub.

The building is secure with fob entry and the apartment is located on the third floor, accessible via stairs or a lift.

The pictures of the living area are from the ad before we moved in - so the main living room looks a bit different. (We’ve upgraded the dining chairs, changed the sofas, added a projector etc).

A bit about us:

Natalia is 24, Polish & Scottish and grew up in Hong Kong and works in marketing at a luxury fashion house. I’m Emer, 23, from Edinburgh and work freelance in Production and Styling.

We’re both very social and love hanging out and having fun together. We really love spending time in the flat and are on a mission to make the flat feel even cooler and cosier!

Bonding particularly through our love for music, fashion, media (in all forms) and just the creative arts in general- we would love to find the right person (of a similar age) who will hopefully shares some of these passions with us and is looking for a warm inclusive place where everyone can feel at home.
