Hi folks!

My name is Luca, I am 31 years old and work in Procurement and Contract Management for Government.

I am seeking a new flatmate from Mid July (19th)

The room contains a double King sized bed, room for a desk and an ensuite with two large wardrobes. Bills will bring TOTAL COST PER MONTH: 1300pcm (approx.)

DUE TO BUILDING WORKS THE FLAT CURRENTLY HAS A £250 DISCOUNT (Until August/September) MEANING TOTAL IS 1025 PCM ATM!

The flat is located in E2, backs onto Meath Park and has access to Mile End Park + Mile End Sauna (5min walk) Victoria Park (10 mins) Hackney/London Fields/Broadway Market and Hackney Wick along the canal at approx a 20 min walk.

There are 3 tube links nearby, all of which are 10 minutes away MAX! To the Central/District/Hammersmith/Circle and Overground (15 mins)

I am looking for:

Male or Female flatmate - I have lived with both :)

Someone clean, tidy

Social friendly people are welcome, if you enjoy going out and bringing people back that's okay but not too regularly - you get what I mean ;)

Someone who enjoys a social/hangout sometimes

Someone with similar interests which include:

Hiking, anime, gaming, DJing, music, gigs, art, culture.

Someone that enjoys their personal space but also enjoys spontaneous pints!
