Bright Double Room with a Garden View

Hello!

We're looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely 4-bedroom flat in Bethnal Green, as I'm sadly moving back to Canada after 3 years at the flat.

Location:

The flat is in a great location with loads of grocery stores, restaurants, pubs and parks. It's also well-connected and quick to get to Central London.

Its an 8-min walk to Bethnal Green Station and 15-min to Cambridge Heath and Whitechapel. There are lots of buses as well!

It's about a 5-min walk to Victoria Park and 20 mins to London Fields.

The Room:

A cozy double room that comes with a bed and a wardrobe. Previous flatmates have put in a desk and bookshelf as well. The room is very sunny and looks out into the garden :)

The Flat

We have an open plan kitchen/ living room with lots of surfaces for food prep and space for storage. Our lovely living room opens out into our huge private garden with a BBQ, which is perfect for summer!

Currently we pay £650 for rent and approximately £100 for bills (Utilities, Council Tax, WIFI and a bimonthly cleaner) per month.

We’re a sociable yet independent bunch who enjoy chats after work and the odd movie night. We like to keep the communal spaces tidy and welcoming, and we’re looking for someone who shares the same mindset.

The move in date is the 8th of July, but I'm happy to discuss some flexibility if needed (the earliest I could do is the 1st). We're looking to start viewings on Monday!
