Decent sized double bedroom with large fitted wardrobe and other furniture included (could remove some if needed) there is also the bonus of a smaller double room which the same tenant could rent as an office

Ideally one person to rent the large bedroom, and the smaller room to be used as an office. The rates are £950 + bills, and £800 + bills

Here is our 1000 sq ft 3-bed split level maisonette. Im helping my landlord find a new tenant. One tenant, female is staying, one is leaving. So you will be sharing with one person

The place is on ground floor with own front door & 50ft rear garden. Nicely presented, all refurbished. Gas heating, double glazing, all mod cons

There is one larger double and one small double room. Fully furnished so not ideal for people with a lot of furniture, but some could be removed upon request.

Larger room has bed, desk and walk in wardrobe
Smaller room has bed, desk and storage /drawers

Shower room and separate toilet - not lots of bathroom waiting! Fast 1Gb wifi, large TV with nice cinema speakers etc

Bills work out around £90 a month on top of the advertised rental rates
