After just over 2 years in the house, I am moving out to live with my girlfriend. The house is really great and the location is perfect. 5 minutes from Broadway Market and 5 minutes from Columbia Road. There is tons to do around the area and also really well connected.

The Housemates/The Room:
You would be sharing with 3 other guys, Sam, Connor and Aston. All working professionals in their mid-late twenties. Everyone in the house is very easy-going, clean and tidy. The guys usually spend their weekends out with friends and during the week work full-time.

The house is split over 3 floors, 4 bathrooms (1 being and en-suite) and is located in a gated mews so feels really secure and is also set back off the road which means it is also nice a quiet. The mews area is shared with a total of 4 properties and the neighbours are all really nice. There is a private patio and shared outdoors area to use in the summer which is great for BBQs.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, bedside table and a built in double wardrobe that has tons of space- both hanging and folded as well as additional storage for larger items. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other guy.

Location:
The house is really well connected. There is a bus stop literally a 2 minute walk from the house when you exit the mews with buses 55 & 26 which get you to Old Street Station or Liverpool St Station. There is also a Santander bike stand behind the mews and usually a lot of Lime bikes around too.

Cambridge Heath Overground 5 minute walk
Hoxton Overground 10 minute walk

As previously mentioned, Broadway Market and Columbia Road are super close as is Victoria Park.
