We're just a short 5-minute walk from both Bethnal Green Tube (Central Line) and Cambridge Heath (Overground), tucked away in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood.

Looking for ariendly and independent professional who is clean, tidy, and considerate—these rooms are for single occupancy only (no couples, sorry).

The flat features a generous living room and a big communal kitchen, ideal for relaxed evenings and the occasional catch-up, but this is definitely a peaceful, laid-back home rather than a party flat.

All bills—including water, energy, high-speed broadband, and council tax (Council Tax Band B) — average about £100 per month (often less during warmer months).

A bit about me (your future flatmate): We're a mixed bunch, one in economics, one in theatre directing, and another in marketing.

The room is available from March 16th and is part of an agreement that lasts until mid-September (which we usually renew)
