We are Stewart (39), a DJ, Marcos (38) a chef, and Jonathan (49) a property manager. We are all quite busy but also enjoy talking about life and what is happening.

The monthly rent is £750, and the Deposit is £860 which can be reduced, details are below.

NOTE: Reducing your deposit amount is meant to be temporary while allowing you to save up your deposit. The idea is to allow you to get the room without needing the whole deposit. In essence for each £100 reduction in deposit, it is a £10 increase in rent.

The Council Tax band is C and the cost is included in the rent. Gas and electricity are not included and have been approximately £30 per month. The cleaner cleans the common areas twice a month to further create comfort and costs £25 each. General household cleaning and consumables come to £15 each per month.
