We're looking for a lease takeover or sublet for our entire unit from April-August. It’s a 3-story, 3-bedroom house with loads of windows, set inside a gated courtyard just off Hackney Road. You’re right in the middle of everything (weekend markets, cafes, parks, public transport, canal walks), but the moment you step through the gate it feels calm and tucked away.

The lease runs from April to 17 August 2026, though depending on the new legislation coming into effect in May, you may be able to end the tenancy earlier with 60 days’ notice (e. g. as early as 1 July). There’s also likely an option to renew beyond August if you’d prefer a longer stay.
